An Amazing Apron!

We're back with another post in our popular Thursday Theme series on fabric! This one is by one of our amazing local talents, Terena Schultheis. Did you know our rub-ons work well on fabric? Yep! Here Terena applied them to a canvas apron. She then added a bit of Brown Sugar Dye Ink and sealed them on with Glossy Accents. Thanks for the inspiration Terena!

P.S. We'll be back with more of Mini-album Week in a bit . . .

On Thursdays we will be bringing you posts based on a monthly theme of our own choosing. Obviously something with a vintage fresh twist is in order. This month's theme is fabric. What fun! Today's post comes from the home of Jenni Bowlin. We are spotlighting her collection of feed sacks. Believe me, they are all the rage in these parts. I mean really, what could be more vintage fresh? :)

Layered casually over a very old wooden shipping crate . . .

Sewn into fluffy fun pillows . . .

A matching pair . . .

These are oh so soft and easy to make . . .

You might have to have to send the feed sack throne out to have professionally upholstered. I love this one the most; it has such presence. Who but Jenni Bowlin could elevate the humble feed sack to such a regal level?
